Newly protected designation since 1990. A blend of white grape must fortified with armagnac from the same estate. A versatile aperitif, smooth and pleasant with nice fresh fruit on the palate. 17%, 75cl. Serve chilled as an aperitif, with foie gras, melons, or a chocolate dessert. White or rosé floc can be used in many recipes.
